This section provides a brief orientation to Faculty Access for the Web.
Go to the Faculty Access for the Web login page at http://gradebooks.theelms.org/ (NOTE: There is no WWW for this address!)
You can also access the site via www.theelms.org by going to the FACULTY ACCESS menu at the bottom left of the page and clicking on “Gradebooks.”
To access Faculty Access for the Web, enter your user name and password on the login page and click Login.
Enter your user name and password.

When you log into Faculty Access for the Web, you first go to the Home page.
Use the navigation bar to go to different areas of the
program. Depending on your rights, you may not have all of these links.

Select the school, academic year, and session in which to work.
Note: The School field appears only if you teach in more than one school.
Your scheduled classes for the academic year appear. Click the book by a class to go directly to the Grades page for the class. Click the calendar by a class to go directly to the Attendance page for the class. (The calendar appears only if you enter attendance by class, not day.)
Requests Ready
The Requests Ready list contains links to students with requests you have not yet approved for the next academic year and session (based on the current date).
Open recently accessed student records.
Read announcements posted by the Supervisor.
Use the navigation bar to go to different areas of the program.
To end a session, click Exit on the navigation bar. Always click Exit to end a work session and release the user license. Just closing the browser does not release the user license.
