High School & Middle School Parent Club

The Our Lady of the Elms Middle School and High School Parent Club is a club comprised of Elms families which provides an important link between students, faculty and parents.  Parent Club is open to all Elms parents and is governed by an executive board also made up of parents.  While Parent Club is a separate organization from Our Lady of the Elms School, its purpose is to support the school in several ways.  Parent Club sponsors several events throughout the year, including Meet the Teacher Night, Parent Visitation Day, and Awards Night.  Parent Club also provides hospitality for many other events at the school like Open House, Scholarship Placement Exams and orientation to name a few.

Parent Club also provides scholarship opportunities for a senior, a junior and an 8th grader whose families have joined Parent Club.  Most importantly, Parent Club is a great opportunity for parents to meet, get acquainted and get involved.  There are several volunteer opportunities throughout the year.  Watch for our mailing this summer!!!

Membership is open to all Elms parents and is crucial to our success.  Parent Club sponsors a membership drive each fall and annual family dues are $40.00.  Families who join receive a dress down pass for their daughters.  Parent Club also sponsors the Elms Directory and funds the “one call” program  to all Elms Families.  If you have questions about membership, contact Tony Charley Jr., Parent Club President.
