How to Apply to Middle School (Grades 7 & 8)

 

Our Lady of the Elms is the best choice for your private Catholic school education. We are excited that you have chosen to begin your future with us, and we look forward to seeing you on campus.

Both 7th and 8th grade applicants are required to complete our Application for Admission and submit thier academic records. Students transferring into the 8th grade are asked to submit a personal statement, a parent statement, and a teacher recommendation in addition to their application form.
