• Elms Clean-up Day at the Athletic Complex - The Elms Athletic Complex (3360 Ira Road, Bath) could use a few dozen helping hands (age 13 and above, please) to help get it in shape for the upcoming Spring sports season. We have set Saturday, March 30, 8:30 a.m. until noon to accomplish several projects, none of which requires a high level of skill or super strength. If you can help, please sign up online.

  • Volunteers Needed - The Elms Panther Pride Club (Athletics Booster Committee) is trying to raise funds that support the important, life-changing opportunities that athletics can bring to Elms girls through running a concession stand at the Elms Athletic Complex in Bath. This spring, at least 30 athletic events are scheduled at the Complex (some for Elms, some for other schools) during which the sale of drinks and snacks will help fund our athletic program. The athletic program cannot be fully successful without the aid of volunteers. Please take a look at the sign-up sheet through this link: Concession Stand Volunteers Spring 2019. Two volunteers are needed on each day. Volunteers need to arrive at least one hour before scheduled game time (time listed in SignUpGenius is game time) in order to set up the concession stand. Softball games typically last about two hours, so time commitment is about three hours on any given day. Once you sign up, you will be contacted via email to provide more details of running the stand (very easy) and schedule a walk-through of the facilities and the layout of the stand, if you wish. We will help you at every step where you need help, so jump on in and volunteer! If you want to be really bold, the Athletics Booster Committee could use a person or two to help coordinate this two-month activity. If you can devote a bit more time to this effort (a few hours per week to help train first-time concession stand volunteers), please contact Dan Petit. If you have any questions or suggestions don’t hesitate to call/text Dan at (330) 864-1227.
