Admissions Events

In-Person Tour

Schedule a time to tour our park-like 33-acre campus. A personal tour gives you an inside look at everything the Elms offers and an opportunity to inquire about extracurriculars or athletics. Come and learn what an Elms education is all about!


open house

Come and learn more about the Elms experience and sisterhood. We hope you can share part of your day touring our campus, meeting teachers and coaches, and mingling with current Elms families. Scholarship and financial aid information will be available.

Upper School shadow days

We believe experiencing our community is the best way to get to know the Elms. When you come to campus, we will pair you with a current student to meet classmates and attend classes.

Grades 1-4

Contact the Admissions Office to begin the admissions process and schedule your student’s visit.

Grades 5 - 11


High School Placement SCHOLARSHIP Test

Prospective high school students will take the Scholastic High School Placement Test in our all girls environment to determine readiness and course placement for the 9th grade year. Practice test options are available during these sessions for the Class of 2029.


Kindergarten Screening

This assessment helps teachers measure a child's learning readiness in alignment with kindergarten standards. After the assessment, our team will mail home a Kindergarten Readiness Report following the screening.

Catholic school students will receive the Cleveland Diocese’s application from their 8th grade teacher. List Our Lady of the Elms as your 1st choice.

February
Decision letters will be mailed.
