Dear Elms Community,

We are thrilled to report that our five year strategic plan implemented in 2006 is already complete.  As a result, we are excited to announce that we are ready to launch into a new strategic planning session this fall. 

Our Lady of the Elms remains an anchor in the Akron community now more than ever.  Many good things are happening, and like any organization, we must look forward to secure our future.

Therefore, we have undertaken a long-term planning project to help us build on our many strengths and identify the changes we will need to make.  We have engaged SDG Advisors, LLC, a professional consulting firm to guide us through this work over the next eight months.  Of course, your input will be critical.  You may be contacted to be a part of this project in the next few months, and if you are we hope you will share not just a little of your time, but your candid and constructive thoughts about the Elms as well.
