Q. How do I obtain a NetClassroom User ID & Password
to access my student's grades?
A. Parents and students new to Our Lady of the Elms are
provided a notification letter with the NetClassroom User ID & Password for their student along with a sheet
that explains the basics of NetClassroom. If lost or never received, please
contact your student’s building office (Elementary 330.864.7210 or High School & Middle School
330.867.0880). Provide your name/address/phone number
along with your student's name and grade. A new letter will be sent home with
your student. For security reasons, we do not email logon information to
parents.
Q. How do I change my NetClassroom Password? (Note:
Parents can change their account passwords, not students.)
A. Logon to NetClassroom. Select change password from
the Administrative menu. Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
Enter your new password in the New Password and
Verify Password fields. Your password can be a maximum of
20 characters and is case-sensitive.
We recommend you select a password that is difficult for
others to guess. For safe, secure passwords, follow these guidelines:
Do not include:

A
family name in any form (first, middle, last, maiden, spelled backwards,
nickname, or initials).

Any
part of your user ID.
·
Any
common name, such as Joe.
·
A
phone or office number, address, birthday, or anniversary
Q. If I lose my logon information for NetClassroom, what
should I do?
A. If lost or never

security reasons, we do not email logon information to parents. If proper identification
is not submitted, we cannot provide an answer.

Q. How do I access Shared Documents (Syllabi, course information, etc.) for a class?
