Scholarship Application
Our Lady of the Elms will award scholarships to deserving students for the 2019-2020 academic year. These scholarships have been generously funded and endowed by faithful supporters of the Elms to help students receive an exceptional Catholic education at Our Lady of the Elms High School. Please remember that your application is your voice and represents you to our Scholarship Committee. It should be an accurate reflection of your commitment to school, community, and faith. Before you submit your application please review it carefully for completion. Only applications received by Friday, November 16, 2018, will be considered. No scholarships can be awarded without a FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, regardless of test scores.

The financial aid committee will review the application and propose an award based on your family’s need level and available funds. Apply online.
