2025-2028 Strategic Plan

For more than a century, Our Lady of the Elms School has educated girls and young women to live with purpose, confidence, resilience, justice, and faith. Rooted in Dominican tradition and guided by the pillars of Study, Community, Prayer, and Preaching, the Elms continues to prepare students to lead with truth and compassion in a changing world.

The 2025–2028 Strategic Plan builds on this proud legacy. Developed by the Board of Trustees in partnership with school leadership, the plan provides a clear and intentional roadmap for the years ahead—aligning mission, resources, and priorities to ensure long-term strength and impact.

Focused on defining the future, engaging the best and brightest Elms girls, and building relationships that sustain the school for generations to come, this plan reflects a shared commitment to thoughtful growth and responsible stewardship.
