Our Lady of the Elms School Recognized on 2025 AP School Honor Roll.

Our Lady of the Elms School is proud to share that we have earned recognition on the 2025 AP® School Honor Roll. This annual designation from the College Board honors schools whose Advanced Placement programs are delivering strong student outcomes while also expanding access and opportunity.

Schools are recognized based on their ability to strengthen a college-going culture, provide opportunities for students to earn college credit, and support college readiness. The AP School Honor Roll includes four levels of distinction: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

The College Board’s Advanced Placement (AP) Program enables students to pursue college-level coursework while still in high school and earn college credit, advanced placement, or both. At the Elms, AP courses challenge students to think critically, write with confidence, and engage deeply with material across disciplines — all while preparing for what comes next.

Taking AP courses signals to college admissions officers that a student has pursued a rigorous academic program. Research also indicates that students who score a three or higher on an AP Exam typically experience greater academic success in college and are more likely to earn a college degree than their peers who do not participate in AP.
