Holly Davis Joins the 5th-Grade Teaching Team at Our Lady of the Elms School
Holly Davis is thrilled to join the teaching team at Our Lady of the Elms School as a new 5th-grade classroom teacher. With over a decade of experience in education, curriculum development, and leadership, Holly brings a diverse skill set and a wealth of knowledge to her new role.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Youngstown State University and has extensive experience in various educational settings, including both administrative and teaching roles. She has served as Director at the Primrose School of Medina, where she established strong relationships with parents and managed daily operations. These roles have honed her leadership, communication, and curriculum development skills, all of which she will bring to her classroom.
Throughout her career, Holly has also developed and aligned curriculum to state standards, supervised staff, and trained new teachers to improve classroom management and instructional strategies. She has worked in admissions, project coordination, and various administrative roles, making her well-equipped to create a structured, nurturing, and dynamic learning environment for her students.
Gabe Eiser, Director of the Lower School, shares, "Her background in curriculum development, leadership, and student-centered teaching aligns perfectly with our mission to nurture the whole student. We are excited to see the impact she will have on our students' learning journey."
We look forward to the positive influence Holly will bring to the 5th grade and are confident that her leadership and passion for education will benefit her students greatly.
