The Elms Welcomes Angelina Lee '18 as a 4th-Grade Classroom Teacher
Angelina Lee '18 is excited to return to Our Lady of the Elms School this fall as a new 4th-grade classroom teacher. A proud alumna of the Elms, Miss Lee recently completed her Bachelor of Science in Primary Education from Franklin University, and she is now fully licensed in Early Childhood Education (Grades PK-5). After student-teaching alongside Miss Hood last year, Miss Lee is ready to take on the role of classroom teacher and continue her journey at the Elms.
Having worked at the Elms for the past eight years in various roles, including After Care, Preschool, Dance at the Elms, and STEM, Miss Lee has developed a strong understanding of the school’s educational philosophy and its commitment to nurturing young learners. Her experience in these roles has provided her with the skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment for her students.
Miss Lee’s academic background includes an Associate of Science in Education from Stark State College, where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. With her formal training and hands-on experience, she is eager to contribute to the development of her students.
Mr. Eiser, Director of the Lower School, shares, “Her dedication to our students, coupled with her strong educational background and years of experience at the Elms, will make her a wonderful asset to our Lower School. We look forward to seeing her create a positive and enriching classroom environment for her students.”
We are excited to have Miss Lee continue her journey at the Elms, and we are confident that her passion for education and her deep connection to the school community will benefit her students greatly.
