Registration for 2023-2024

Welcome to the team! Please note that the deadline to register and have your physical completed for High School and Middle School fall sports is Thursday, July 1, 2023, in order to participate in their season. The deadline for winter and spring sports is Monday, October 16, 2023. Physicals are valid for one year from the date completed.

Lower School

We’re offering sports for athletes in grades 3 - 8 through the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO). More than 20,000 youth play CYO sports throughout eight counties in Northeast Ohio. At the Elms, girls in grades 3-5 have the opportunity to participate in basketball and track & field. Fees: $75 per sport (may vary based upon participation). Any family members interested in helping with athletics should fill out the CYO volunteer form.

Middle School

Athletes in grades 6 -8 are able to participate in CYO basketball, volleyball and track & field. Our basketball team will have the opportunity to participate in both home and away games. Fees: $100 per sport.

High School

Athletes in grades 9 - 12 will play against numerous schools in Northeast Ohio. Our students will be participating in league and non-league games. There is a discount available for multiple siblings playing High School sports. Fees: $125 per sport.
